By using Savaluxe, the user unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions outlined below and elsewhere on the site. Savaluxe reserves the right to modify, add, or delete these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Role of Savaluxe

Savaluxe acts solely as a facilitator between users and vendors. We are not liable for any losses, expenses, quality issues, damages, or taxes incurred by users through vendor transactions.

3. Service Liability Disclaimer

Savaluxe is not responsible for any damage suffered by users from using the platform, including loss of revenue, data loss, delays, non-delivery, service interruptions, or any issues caused by vendor actions or system errors.

4. Product Quality & Alterations

All products are checked by vendors to ensure standard quality. Customers may need to carry out necessary alterations on readymade/customized products at their end.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices and product availability are subject to change at Savaluxe’s sole discretion without prior notice.

6. Order Cancellation

Requests for order cancellations will not be entertained once placed.

7. Order Refusal Rights

Savaluxe reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to incorrect pricing or other unforeseen issues. Refunds will be issued accordingly.

8. Delivery Errors

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to incorrect user details (e.g., wrong/incomplete address, recipient unavailable), any additional re-delivery charges will be borne by the user.

9. User Information & Verification

Users must provide accurate and authentic information. Savaluxe reserves the right to verify details and reject registrations if false information is detected.

10. Credit Card Fraud

Savaluxe is not liable for credit card fraud. The responsibility to prevent fraudulent transactions rests solely with the user.

11. Force Majeure

Savaluxe is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as floods, fires, wars, or acts of God.

12. Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use the services.

13. Complaint Window

Complaints will only be entertained within 15 days of order delivery.

14. User Support & Queries

15. Refund Limitation

In cases of non-delivery or late delivery, Savaluxe’s maximum liability is limited to the order value. No additional compensation will be provided.

16. SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW (LAW OF JURISDICTION)

These terms of service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of New Delhi, India
