⏱ Return Request Timeline

  • All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 24 working hours of delivery.
  • Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

💳 Refunds

  • No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
  • Instead, we provide store credits equal to the product value (excluding shipping).
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months and can be used across any collection.

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Defective product received (manufacturing fault or damage in transit).
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
  • Size issues (exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability).
  • Related concerns such as color mismatch or incorrect quantity.

📧 How to Request a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at support@savaluxe.com within 24 working hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will review and respond with next steps.
  4. Approved requests will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products returned without proper packaging or in used condition will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Accessories (scarves, jewelry, etc.)
  • Final sale or clearance items

🌍 International Orders

  • International customers must bear return shipping costs.
  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
